Comments: Living outside the US poses problems in itself at times and when you add to it the fact you need a total knee replacement it can get stressful. We researched surgeons and found Dr. Gilmer and The Swift Institute to be the best of the best and it was a simple decision at that point to schedule a return trip in June 2024 to visit the Campus and have a sit down with Dr. Gilmer and his staff. I returned 8 weeks later and tomorrow morning Dr. Gilmer will replace my right knee with a total replacement. I can’t say enough about the Dr, his amazing staff and the quality of care I’ve received so far. The communication between staff and my self has been second to none and they’ve made a stressful situation much less stressful.
