A continous passive movement (CPM) device that aids in post-operative recovery. It provides constant motion to assist moving the joint through the desired range of motion, reduce pain, and reduce stiffness.

Electric Stimulation/ Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation
Electric Stimulation and NMES have slightly different roles in post operative recovery. Electric stimulation can be utilized immediately to combat postoperative pain and swelling. NMES is commonly used in physical rehabilitation programs for muscle re-education after injury or surgery, prevention of muscle atrophy during prolonged periods of immobilization, improving range of motion, reducing edema, and promoting wound healing in the subacute phase.

Your blood is drawn and run through a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. These activated platelets are then injected directly into your surgical knee.
