SWIFT Institute was formed in 2022 by the merger of Tahoe Fracture and Spine Nevada, both longstanding and established groups in the Reno area. The new name reflects the desire to consolidate high quality care under one larger organization to provide patients the most cutting edge and comprehensive team in Northern Nevada.
